`Characterization of lysogen-restricted expression
of phage genes'. Due to the time restriction I was unable to conclude the experiment.
However, I worked with several techniques such as DNA and RNA extraction, DNA
quantification, qPCR, RT-PCR, TaqPCR, cell transformation, knock outs, gel
electrophoresis and cloning.
